how to help your back

1. break timer.  Use a timer that goes off at 30 minute intervals, when it dings, do stretches, my favorites include: *sit on the floor, straight legs, touch your toes, push your knees down with your forearms, pull your pant cuffs up with your hands, keep your back straight *toes on stairs, let your heels drop below the stair's lip, hold a railing, one leg off at a time * kneeling, sitting on your feet, then child's pose.

2.  Hamstring rollers.

3. D.N.F Chiropractor, and or an A.R.T. practitioner.

4.  Increase testosterone with Tim Blair's book.

5. Keep your bed flat.  This takes care: no more "side elbowing" while you read your book.  no more stretching on the bed.  Stretch on the floor instead.

6.  Use several pillows when you sleep to prop up your body: pillow under head, pillow between knees (if you are on your side), pillow between feet, pillow under chest.

7.  Strengthen muscles around the spine: pushups and core exercises, like planks.
